This FAQ is a plain-English guide to how Wintra works — what websites and SEO cost, how long they take, and what results to expect. The short version: operations plans start at $159 per month, website builds are quoted per project, most sites launch in 1-2 weeks, and SEO typically shows results in 3-6 months. Every answer below comes from years of experience serving 100+ local businesses.

Our answers follow Google's own SEO Starter Guide and Google's local-ranking documentation — not agency folklore.

How much do a website and monthly SEO cost?

Every website build is quoted per project based on page count and features — you get a fixed written quote before any work starts, no surprises later. Ongoing SEO and management plans start at $159 per month based on scope.

How long does it take to see results?

A new website usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly you can provide photos and business details. SEO takes longer: plan on 3 to 6 months for meaningful ranking movement, since Google rewards consistency over time. We report real numbers every month so you always know where things stand.

What does your process look like?

Six steps: a free 30-minute consultation, a free review of your current website and SEO, a written plan with a quote, design and development, launch with all SEO basics in place, then ongoing support. You approve everything before work starts, and you set the pace — we never pressure you to sign.

Can you build my site in both English and Chinese?

Yes — bilingual websites are our specialty. Both versions are written by hand, not machine-translated, and each language gets its own URLs so you can rank in English and Chinese searches. For businesses in Flushing, Manhattan's Chinatown, or Sunset Park, this often doubles the audience a website can reach.

Do you optimize Google Business Profiles?

Yes — profile setup, categories, photos, posts, Q&A, and ongoing maintenance. A well-run profile is often the single biggest driver of local calls and direction requests. One client's profile reached 141K views and 88K Google searches in six months.

Can you help me get more reviews?

We help you build a review system: asking happy customers at the right moment, monitoring new reviews, and drafting professional responses for you to approve. What we never do is buy, fake, or incentivize reviews — that violates Google policy and can get your listing suspended. Real reviews earned honestly are worth far more.

What industries do you work with?

Mostly local service businesses: restaurants and bakeries, medical and dental clinics, law and accounting firms, salons and spas, contractors, and retail shops. Over 100 businesses have worked with us. If your customers search Google to find businesses like yours, we can likely help.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings depend on factors nobody outside Google controls, so a "guaranteed #1" pitch is either an empty promise or a trick built on keywords nobody searches. What we do promise: proven methods, honest monthly reporting, and real numbers — like 39.3K impressions in 28 days for one client.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes, if you want to — we can set up simple editing for menus, hours, and photos, and show you how it works. Most owners prefer to send us changes instead, and small content updates are included in our monthly plans. Either way, you are never locked out of your own site.

Who owns the domain, hosting, and website?

You do. The domain is registered under your own account, hosting is set up in your name, and the full site code and content belong to you. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and can hand it to any other developer — no ransom, no forced rebuild.

What is local SEO?

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up when nearby customers search on Google — in the map pack, in "near me" results, and in regular listings. It combines your Google Business Profile, your website's service and location pages, reviews, and consistent listings across directories. For a restaurant in Flushing or a contractor in Brooklyn, it is usually the highest-return marketing available.

Do you work with businesses outside New York City?

Yes. We are a fully remote team serving local businesses nationwide, with deep experience in competitive markets like New York — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Flushing, Long Island. The playbook works anywhere: a fast website, a strong Google Business Profile, and steady local SEO. Wherever you are, we respond within 24 hours.
